SOURCE: Rear driver window will not roll up in my 2000

Acura had a service update for that problem, but your car is unfortunately out of warranty by time and milage.it needs the window regulator assy replaced. You can try and find used one but they all originally had problems and if you get used its 50/50 chance of it going bad also.Best bet is to buy updated part from acura.Sorry...so you know update was for all four regulators.... so if one has gone may have issues with other three in future.

SOURCE: hi i got a 95 acrua legend 4 door my power windows

Ground goes through the master switch on the drivers side. Bad master switch can cause the other windows not to work. Don't forget to check the "window lock" switch in the master switch, which shuts off the other 3 windows.

I have a 1990 acura legend an my gas guage wont work along with 3 of my automatic windows wont go up or down whats the problems

Most likely, both problems are not related. Check the fuse box in the car and in the engine compartment, look for blown fuses. The windows are probably the switches, especially if they are on the drivers door. It's odd that just one window works, so that's the place to look. Check the wiring from the switches back to the connector. If you know how to use a volt meter, check each window that isn't working has power to the switch, if it does, check the power going to each window motor, if you have power to the motor when you actuate the switch, then the motor is bad. AND, yes, you can have 3 window motors go bad at the same time, especially if the car has been in water, or you had a serious voltage overload in that circuit. As far as the gas gauge, check for a blown fuse, power to the gauge itself and then, power to the connector that comes off the gas tank. It can only be the gauge itself, a broken wire, or the gas tank sender, good luck!

Override power window switch

Try the switch on the pass side door. Otherwise you need to remove the drivers door panel, access the switch, print a wiring diagram and jump power to the window motor with a jumper wire.

Passenger side window does not work from either the drivers side switch or the passengers side switch.I have replaced the window motor.

Did you check to see if you had power and ground to the window motor before you replaced it? A faulty master switch (driver door) will cut power and/or ground from BOTH switches.

Also, a common fault is the wires get broken in the umbilical between the driver door and the body. If the driver window works OK, then either the TAN or the LIGHT BLUE wire could be broken. This will keep the passenger window from working from EITHER switch.

Rear side windows

This may be just a case of inadvertently hitting the window lock out n th driver door window switch by mistake. Check that first. Here's some background on window operation

Principles of Operation
The driver power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the master window/door lock/unlock switch (and its integrated "auto down" module). Power is supplied to the power window relay and the master window/door lock/unlock switch, and the passenger power window switch when the SEC/timer module grounds the coil side of the power window relay. The SEC/timer module will ground this relay when the ignition is in the ON position and will remain energized for approximately 15 minutes or until the driver or passenger door is opened.
The driver power window regulator motor is a reversible motor that is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The passenger power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the passenger power window switch and can also be controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch.
The passenger power window regulator motor is a reversible motor, which is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The power rear quarter glass is also directly controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch. The power rear quarter glass power latches also utilize reversible motors. The power rear quarter glass power latches are operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to open the window, and then reversing polarity on those same leads to close the window.
