2001 outback fuse blows and ABS, Shift interlock , windows and moon roof all won't work . Change the fuse and theybreturn, next day the fuse is blown. Anybody got a schematic?

You need a mobile auto electrician to diagnose and find where in those items the dead short is. They will disconnect items one at a time until they find the one that is causing it.

Likely you have a blown "fusible link". These are located either near the battery + or the starter and can be difficult to locate.

i would think so

enter (moon roof motor volvo xc90)in google, buy cheaper .com.e-bay, etc. Idid, and pulled several up from 25.00 to 84.00 plus depending on your year model. however check the relay first. if the fuses show good, and motor won't move astall, that's poss a bad relay,

Why would you change a fuse more than once?

Don't you know what a fuse is for?

If it blows out even once,you have a higher
current load than the fuse is rated at, or a
short to ground

Have the items that don't work correctly ,
diagnosed & repaired.

Shift Interlock System
The shift interlock system prevents the shifting from PARK unless the brake pedal (2455) is depressed. The shift interlock system consists of a shift lock actuator (3Z719) mounted at the base of the steering column tube (3514). If the ignition switch (11572) is in the RUN position, the shift lock actuator is continually on unless the brake pedal is depressed.

Thier is also the shift lock actuator ! plus wiring . You have a short to ground on that circuit . Do you know how to Find a short ? videos on youtube .
None of the power windows work ? Check for broken wires inside the rubber boot from the body to drivers door !

your owner manaul has it. your fuse cover should have chart too.

well first off find the leak. the best way to do this is a smaoke test. with the roof closed. if you smoke light a cigarette and blow smoke around the edges. while someone is outside looking at the roof pinpoint the issue. most likely the rubber molding ( weather stripping) is bad. This is the case almost all the time. you can either contact subaru for this or the cheap easy fix. goto your local parts store and you can buy a weather molding sealent.
