2002 Toyota Camry overdrive fuse

It isn't a fusible item, it is a function of the Engine Control Module. You need an auto electrician for issues and to diagnose faults.

How to fix p 1589

P 1589
The ECM memory should have been reset due to which the calibration of the accelerator pedal has been erased. Use a scan tool and calibrate deceleration sensor. You can perform the calibration by clicking Engine and ECT - special function - and then
click "deceleration 0 point calibration" while doing that make sure that car IGN switch is "ON" and gear shift is on "P. Some automatic transmission DTCs cause the MIL to come on. If the MIL is on and no DTCs are indicated in the EFI system, select the A/T system, and check for automatic transmission DTCs.

1997 honda accord tranmission problem code p0700 drive 4 flashes

Many vehicles have a control module for the automatic transmission called a transmission control module (TCM). The engine control module (ECM) communicates with the TCM to monitor the automatic transmission for faults. If the TCM detects a fault in the automatic transmission and sets a transmission related fault code, the ECM is informed of this also and sets a P0700 in the ECM memory.
This illuminates the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) to let the driver know there is a problem. If this code is present and the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) is illuminated that basically means there is at least one transmission code set in the TCM's memory. P0700 is an informational code only. It doesn't point to a direct fault in the engine, only a general fault in the transmission. More diagnosis is necessary to identify what the transmission fault is. This requires a scan tool that will communicate with the transmission module.

Symptoms Symptoms of a P0700 DTC may include:
  • Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination
  • The transmission may exhibit drivability problems like slipping, etc.
Causes More often then not, the cause of this code is that there is a transmission problem of some kind. The TCM detected the problem and set a code. P0700 means that a fault code is stored in the TCM. However this doesn't rule out the possibility of a failed PCM or TCM (unlikely).
Possible Solutions For a P0700 the only real solution is to acquire a scan tool that will communicate with the transmission control module. Extracting this code from the TCM will be the first step in repairing the fault in the transmission.
If the TCM compatible scan tool will not communicate with the Transmission Control Module then that is a good indication that there may be a fault with the TCM itself.

I have a suzuki jimny 2002 and get check engine light on and code P1600 an P0763 and when the switch is on i hear the relay on the TCM. can you suggest?

P0763 - Shift Solenoid C Electrical
Possible causes- Faulty shift solenoid C valve
- Shift solenoid C valve harness or connectors
- Shift solenoid C valve circuit is open or shorted
- Low transmission fluid level
- Dirty transmission fluid
When is the code detected? The P0763 code is detected when the gear required by the ECM does not match the actual gear when vehicle is driven.Symptoms- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Transmission will not shift gears.P0763 Description Shift solenoid valve C is turned ON or OFF by the Transmission Control Module (TCM) in response to signals sent from the park/neutral position (PNP) switch, vehicle speed and Engine Control Module (ECM) (throttle opening). Gears will then be shifted to the optimum position.

P1600 - Loss of KAM (Keep Alive ECM memory) Power; Open Circuit

Check all fuses related to the ECM

2002 CAMRY LE automatic transmission. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WITH P0500 CODE comes on intermittently. Can feel a small **** when speed hits 10 mph and then at 20 mph. Took to a service station and mechanic...

for the p0500, the solution:
The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
i know this tool is helpful for your car.
Next, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the speed sensor. The location of the sensor depends on your vehicle. The sensor could be on the rear axle, transmission, or perhaps the wheel hub (brake) assembly.
If the wiring and connectors are OK, then check the voltage at the speed sensor. Again, the exact procedure wil depend on your make and model of vehicle.
If everything looks OK, replace the sensor.

Replaced the battery in 2002 camry now it won't idle

When you replace battery in 2002 Camry ECM tries to reset to factory levels. The reason it will not idle is that the throttle body is dirty and ECM thinks it should be new!! Clean throttle body with cleaner that is safe for tbs and this will fix your idle problem.

Just had battery replaced. Now it stalls when you

When all electrical power is removed, the car's computers are reset to a default mode. They have to 'relearn' your specific car's needs. Give it a couple of days and see if it doesn't recover. This goes for the transmission too -- it has to relearn shift points, so it may shift a little roughly for a day or two. If you still have the problem after a couple of days, have it checked to see if you have any error codes stored.
