How many turn flashers does my 96 accord v6 have

It probably blew a fuse.

Flasher unit would not cause one side only to stop working but instead check the switch, wiring, connections and both bulbs.

A little used hazard warning switch is often the cause of strange or unusual flasher behaviour. A couple of minutes of rapid operation often works.

check for spark, and fuel pressure

Replace the flasher unit. If you are not sure an auto sparky would not be expensive to replace.

Usually this is caused by bad connection on one of the Battery terminals. First thing to do is remove Bat terminals and clean them thoroughly Also check the connection of the big bat cables to the connector. They have a tendency to corrode and fail. If so new connectors are available at any auto supply.

The Flasher is located: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted on fuse side of fuse panel

REPLACE THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER IT IS UNDER DASH BY FUSE BOX

This vehicle does not have a flasher, blinking is all controlled by the computer. The bulb simply burned out and needs replacing. should be 3157's

I might try checking with the dealer for a recall on this one
