Yea leafs and other debris can get in and cause the noise. Remove the blower, thoroughly clean the fins and reinstall. This should take care of the noise.

06 Citroen Relay.number plate lights do not work tried new bulbs still not working.Advise? advise is Tailgate wiring issues could cause that.Is a common fault? repair? Does wiring loom need replacing?

hi Richard
yes wiring could be the problem but your wiring loom should not need replacing may only need repair, check your lic. plate bulb socket for power with the running lights on / check wire from bulb to left/right side for cracks in the insulation of the wire (looking for any shorts)
the lic. plate lights get power from the tail lights (running lights) if your running lights are not working also u may have a blown fuse
if not look for a brake/cut in the wire going from the tail lights to
lic. plate light sockets.

Parking, tail and lic plate lights are not turning on. But the headlights, hazards and turn signal all work

On "most" vehicles, the parking, tail, lic plate AND dash lights are all on the same circuit. Usually, the fuse will be labeld "park", "tail", or "illum".
If you have dash lights but no park lights, it's likely that there is a break in the wiring somewhere...

I have headlights and brakelights but no dash lights, tail lights or clear running lights (fog lights) they will come on "sometimes" if i turn the switch on and off a ton of times

Replace the light control switch and if it is a separate adjustment the Dash board or Interior light brightness adjuster. Most likely it is the Light switch so start with that. This assumes all interior fuses and fuses and relays in the power distribution block under the hood are good.

My tail lights will not stay on. They keep going out.As a matter of fact, i don't think they come on at all now.

You may have blown a fuse or two. Have you checked fuses?

RH Tail, Number plate = C7 RH box
LH Tail, Number plate = C7 LH box

RH Reverse, Rear Fog = B8 RH box
LH Reverse, Rear Fog = B8 LH box

burnt diodes on the back of the dash can give this fault also, have somebody check the electrical contacts...

98 jeep tj, dash light/taillights/licence plate light don't work

disconnect head lights, and replace fuse. Then turn the light back on to see if it blow a fuse again. if not, plug on light in at a time. You might have a bad headlight???? then unplug that one if nothing happens. Then plug the other one in. It could also be a bad taillight bulb. I have had bad tail light bulbs. Do all of them, one at a time.
