The horn is located just behind the grille, there are two horns there. They are held in by 2 10mm bolts or Torx and the connector is a spring style. Just lift the hood and they will be right out in the open.
1. Check the connection to the switch at the brake paddle.
2. Check all the vacuum hoses and connections.
3. Check the fuse.
4. Check the rubber bellow for any cracks.
5. Check the actuator in the engine bay whether there is any amperage.
The horn for the alarm is located beside the wiper motor assembly. You'll need to remove the wiper arm assy so you can remove the cowl panel and access the electric horn.
