Not sure what your issue is other than that its a rotor. Perhaps a more detailed explanation. If your rotors are warped and your getting a wobbled pull when breaking, then replace them. They are probably too warped to be re-cut safely. If your breaks are just getting thin, then replace your break pads and see if you can get your rotors re-cut while your at it so you have a clean and fresh start. If your question is about removing and replacing them yourself then you should buy a repair manual for your car and see how complicated it is. Some cars are easy and it can be done in 30 min but others require special tools or a special process and so you should find out before you start. Cheers.

What's the minimum brake disc thickness on 1988 vmax 1200

One place says, "The minimum thickness allowed for a disc brake pad is approximately one millimeter. A brake pad's standard thickness is between 10 and 12 millimeters. Because disc brake pads and rotors are vehicle parts that will wear down, it is important to inspect and replace these items when necessary." What is minimum rotor thickness for 2007 elantra

Most rotors won't make it past one set of pads for thickness. If they are smooth and not warp(pedal or steering wheel shakes when braking), Reuse them. Using this theory you can get up to 3 sets of pads off the rotors. The minimum thickness is stamped on the edge of the rotors.

Minimum rotor thickness

I don't know the min thickness, but I have an outback just like yours and if there is a problem with uneven rotors it's usually cheaper and easier to buy aftermarket at NAPA auto or other supplier (shop around) and trash the old rotors. If the rotors can be turned then keep them for the next brake job and use them then. Outbacks are easy to do about 30 min a side rotor and pads after the wheel is off, just did mine.

What is the minimum brake rotor specs for front and back?

The minimum rotor specs is stamped on the rotor and is different with each manufacture which sets the standard. Measure the thickness with a micro-meter. Replace the rotor if it is below or near the minimum or has been grooved by worn pads.

350z Rotors need to be cut at only 10K miles

Your rotors should be fine but it also depends on who turned the rotors and how they were done.Considering the dealer replaced the pads they probably used a metallic pad which have been known to be a noisy .Id suggest you have a repair shop resurface your rotors again and install some ceramic brake pads.
