The ETS is integrated into the Traction Control Module and does not not have a relay. The tcm is located under the center console.

it is positioned in the very centre of the dash board, behind the radio/Air con unit, it is bolted to the floor, you will need to remove the dash board and possibly the air con unit to access. once the module and air bags have been replaced it shouldnt need anything else.

you can check the fuse house..for Japanese car usually in the front under the steering wheel, read the fuse type at the cover of fuse house and replace it with the right type...
