There are several approved, but one of the most common is the Mobil1 European 0W40 Synthetic motor oil. If it meets the MB 229.5 spec, you are more than covered.
Those don't have dipsticks if I remember correctly so put in about 7.5 quarts or about 7 liters. You can add a little more, but don't go over 8 quarts or 7.5 liters.

Go to autozone and ask them to put it in for you..lol or o'reillys. Youd be surprised at how much they will help you if you ask, It would be hard for me to tell you how, but under your hood on each side of your radiator, you can probably see back of headlight. Open the hood. The cover on the top engine has 2 plastic parts. Need to remove the front (small) part first. Gently lift it up and pull forward. After removing the front part , you have an access to pull up the entire other part from the front and the back. After lifting it up and taking it out, put it upside down on the floor, remove all the screw to take out the old filters and replace with new ones. There are 2 filters , one is on each side. Put all the plastic parts back in reversed order, then you are done.
