2. when was the last time you had a tuneup (with wires and plugs)?
3 Do you get gas at a particular station
4. Possible clogged gas filter.

give it a good tuneup. plugs, wires, airfilter etc. then go from there if there is no leaks. a bad coolant sensor will also cause it to use more fuel then before. do a tuneup first ! good-day ! tire pressure also.
Hi Cathy! It sounds like your car needs a good tuneup (new sparkplugs, sparkplug wires, distributor cap, fuel filter etc). The lack of power could be related to a bad fuel filter but could also be due to bad spark plugs, a crack in the distributor cap etc. A full tuneup will address all of these areas. Best of luck! Greg
