This is the Spoiler Dude. The spoiler light is attached with screws to the spoiler. You must remove the screws and then the spoiler light will come away from the spoiler. Clip the two wires ( Black & Red ). Attached the new spoiler light ( I can get that for you) with a sleeve. Test the new light with the brake pedal depressed. Screw in the new light and that is it. If you have any questions.

I need to change the fuse because my brake lights are out, i dont know which fuse to change? i have a 2001 hyundai excel

The Fuse Box cover should have any of these labeled Stop Lights, Tail Lights, Brake Lights. Find the appropiate fuse and replace it with one with the same amperage.

The rear brake lights on my 2001 Hyundai Elantra won't turn off

There's a small rubber pad which sits on the brake pedal arm, and holds the brake light switch OFF when the pedal is released. When this rubber pad falls off, the brake light switch is on all the time, not just when the pedal is pressed down. Find the rubber pad, and glue it back on, or make a replacement from cardboard, duct tape, whatever.
