Starter relay's are usually incorporated within the starter-motor. The best thing to do is to check if the small wire is actually life when you try to start. In order to find out, wire a 12 volt light-bulb to the small wire and the other end to chassis. This should light up if you turn the key. If it doesn't you most likely got a problem with the ignition switch. Hope this helps in some way.

You need to inspect the small wire that attaches to the starter. At the end where the ring eyelet is is called fusible link and can burn through, yet still look ok to the eye. Test that wire from the eyelet to an area upstream with an ohm meter for continuity. If bad, simply replace with a new piece of the same AWG size from your local parts house.
