Trying to find a downloadable manual / user guide

Is it stolen from Volvo car, or the whole car stolen and battery disconnected for overseas travel in a container?

Is the linkage broken

i have a 2009 volvo 670 automatic transmission. i have a fault code for the transmission. RANGE LOW ACTUATOR
( VALR )
ELECTRICAL FAULT
INACTIVE.
does anyone what those codes mean?

Wow! That's a tall order! Some navigation systems allow you to choose the language. (the software is already built in) The only suggestion I have is to go to the Toyota Owner's site and see if you can download an owner's manual. They also list navigation manuals. It might tell you how to change the language.
