I have a 2004 Buick LeSabre Custom. Same problem, sort of, would just die and then not start, wait awhile and it would start and go 2 or 3 days and same thing. Tried all sorts of solutions, then noticed the screws in the center of the under hood fuse box were loose. They are what set the box to a grounding plate. Tightened them and car has not had a problem since.
Try replacing your ignition module the grease that keeps it from overheating has probably dried out

You check the coils with a ohm meter. They should 6-8 thousand ohms at the spark plug connections. One lead to one spark plug connection and the other lead to the other . It's not likely a coil for stalling. If coil , Your car can still run on four cylinders. It can be a ignition module. It fails when it gets extremely hot. The module is located under the coils.

have the computer checked.it sounds like it may be getting weak or going bad.
SOURCE: 1993 buick riviera hard to start and won't stay running
Check your gas filter, chances are it's clogged and needs to be replaced.
SOURCE: 2001 Buick Regal cuts off while driving at times also won't start
The ignition switch on that model is rated @ 50amps. When I was driving my 2001 Regal LS (at 120,000 miles) and used the turn signal, the engine would die, when I switched the turn signal off, the engine ran. So I replaced the ignition switch, and all is well.

SOURCE: 1995 Buick Lesabre: security blinks and car will not start
If the starter is turning the engine, try re-setting the security system (leave key on till light stops blinking.) If the starter does not turn, you may have some success in re-setting system, if not you need to check battery voltage and voltages in starter system till you find the problem...can be something as simple as a bad connection at the battery. If you need help with further testing, just ask.
