Your firing order is 1-3-4-2

You have learned a valuable lesson! Only do 1 wire at a time! Hey, I've messed this up several times, I didn't learn from it!

1 2 3 4 1
standing in front of 4 this is where the wires plug in to the coil pack, also viewed
vehicle, this is how 2standing in front of vehicle, facing engine
the cylinders are numbered. 3
(facing engine)
Please rate this, thanks, good luck, let me know if you need further help.Curt

Thanks for the rating, but I didn't deserve it, I noticed when I checked back just now that after posting the info, my #'s got somehow jumbled. I'll try to do it again:
1234 is the cylinder order standing in front of the vehicle facing the engine. To the right of that is where the wires connect to the coil pack and the one closest to you is #3, next one back is 2, then 4 and last one nearest the back of the engine compartment is #1, and the firing order is 1-3-4-2.

You might need to adjust the throttle positioning sensor or better yet only have to clean the connections.
Try cleaning all the connections you can find around the throttle body.
a quick shot of carb cleaner might also help while youre at it.
Good luck,Gary.

Where are located the spark plugs in a 4 cyl camry 2007 and how i can replace?

They are in the engine valve cover, each plug has its own ignition coil on the top of it, no plug wires, you must unbolt the 4 coils and remove them from the top of the spark plugs and see them aside, then use a 5/8" deep spark plug socket to remove them. Below is a picture of one of the 4 ignition coils.

I have a 1997 Toyota Camry 4-Cyl. I need the plug wire firing order on the engine and the cap. I think I may have crossed my new plug wires.

Here you go free of charge curtorsey About.com I do not have a photo of the distributor cap. Just turn the engine over until the #1 piston is at TDC on the compression stroke and the rotor will be pointing at the #1 piston. Connect that to the #1 plug and then connect the next on to the # 3 plug going counterclockwise, then 4 and finally 2. 53f57a7.png

Where are the spark plugs on a 2007 Toyota 4 cyl Camry. I removed the top cover and found holes with plastic liners which won't come out, but no spark plugs. Help needed.

Just follow the wires from the coil pack mounted on top, there are 4 of them, they will take you to the side of the motor where the spark plugs are hiding. Hope this helps.
