check the light switch on the stalk. Also check the relay it will be under the bonnet . Voltage should be supplied t0 the relay when light switch turned on and then relay should click on and voltage 12 v should be switched to the headlight from the switched relay contacts. Suspect worn light switch . You could run a wire from 12v to contact on relay that powers the coil on the relay to prove if relay works and switch is cause of your problem
If this where my car I would start with a fuel pump relay, very easy to replace and if I remember right it's inside drivers side at the fuse box you may need to remove the lower panel to get to in , I believe the are 4 10mm bolts to remove the lower cover , hope this helps.
Do you have a remote door lock? Try clicking your doors open and closed. You can turn the key to the start position three times and re-set the security that way on some Acura/Hondas. My son has had to turn the key to the start position and change the position of the Automatic gear shifter - back and forth. I think it has something to do with the Neutral/Park safety switch on his '93 Legend. Make sure the ground wire is good. The security and starting circuits depend on a ground wire going to the engine from the battery/transmission area. It may be loose or not getting good contact. Honda/Acura has kept the old fashion battery post type batteries. Always wire brush the inside of the cable connections and the battery posts.
heres the location and test for the fuel pump relay these have a circuit board inside that cracks that is why you dont have fuel pressure in most cases. click here
Cold weather sometimes wreak havoc with a vehicles electrical systems. Could have had a minor connection issue. There are no outstanding Honda Service Bulletins reporting ongoing issues like this.
