Power windows dont work

you probably dont need all that chek on the stering wheel sometimes they have a fuse in there see if yours has that trust me if yours have that fuse that might be the problem.

Sounds like you may have a bad fuse.. check under the hood and under the dash somewhere for the fuse box. look in your owners manual for the fuse location or just call the dealership

All my electonic windows on my 1993 bmw 318i wont work at all, they dont go up or down either does my sunroof..

Fuse number 14(30 amp) under the hood. A likely start. If you need the official shop manual, let me know.

I have a 1989 bmw 535i, and my central locking and power windows/sunroof stopped working. I know under the backseat are more fuses, but could not find the fuses for these items.

Check in the fuse box under the hood, left hand fender. Hope this helps, let me know.

I have an bmw 1993 320i, windows an sunroof only work now and then.

They may have the same high amp fuse. Try removing and reinserting the fuse. Could be a bad connection.

BMW 320i electric windows working intermittently

Actuator about to go out, cost about 600 dollars, have done it a least once on all windows and twice on the back ones,very common problem and happens a lot on BMWs.

If all windows stopped workin at once it's a relay ... You can usually find them under your steering wheel ... You more than likely have to remove the panel under the steering wheel and you'll see them... I forgot which one it was but call a BMW dealership ... And let them know what relay you need...

Look at your feet at the left under the mat for rust in connector or wire
i have a 320 with the same problem
