Its time for new brakes..read your owners manual...brakes will tell you they need replacing with squeeks or chirps and these go away when you press the pedal.

Are you sure it is not an electrical problem? Spray some starting fluid into the throttle body. If it starts, then it is a fuel problem. If not then you need to look at computer or sensor problems.
Hello: Put in 5 qts then drive car and get trans to operating temp then with trans in park, engine idling check fluid level again. It may need more. Have car setting level.
Sometimes there is a fuel pump reset switch that trips. It is to stop fuel pump in a crash. It is typically under the dash near glovebox. The ones I am familiar with just have a red button to push on the outside of the switch.
I have an eldorado 1984 barritz 4.1 engine. I am no mechanic but had a similar problem and it ended up being the main head gasket bolts were loose out of spec causing loss of compression and water and oil mix. I did the work myself but it was a fight. the car runs strong and with alot of power.
Sometimes the fuse don't burn out they can just stop working do to dead-lead in the fuse which is very rare go to your nearest GM dealer/shop and they should help you fix the problem GOODLUCK!!!
See if you can locate a wiring diagram for your vehicle. I have a 92 Seville and the wiring for the brakes and blinkers runs through the turn signal switch. The switch generally goes bad just from everyday use. They lose connection and you get intermittent problems (much like yours). Consult a wiring diagram, if they do run through the switch then I would recommend replacing that. Start there. Cheers.
Yes obviously they will need to lift the motor because the flywheel is smack-dab in between the torque converte and motor, could actually do it yourself with the right tools ( Engine hoist, air compressor , air tools, and sockets, and or course torque wrenches to properly mount the flywheel back to manufacturer specs) but I do believe 3 Grand is way higher then your average shop. Look for shops with Mexicans they have O.K. service for a good price. Reasonable price is in between $700 and $1200 GOOD LUCK!!
