My dashboard lights never came on ever since i 've had my car. what could be the problem? i just got it out the shop. they fixed the interior light, but at night i can't see how fast im goin or any thing

No interior lights come on. Check interior light or dome light fuse. If it is good look at replacing the dimmer switch. No gauges, it has a fuse also. If it is just the IP lights. Pull the panel, unplug it and plug it back it. Usually fixes it. If not, broken on the inside of the IP. They can be fixed.

is it on each door or only one door?
- only 1 door look like it's the switch of the door the trouble

-if it's all doorsyour light can be burn or you switch control can be off!! check where is you interior light you have a little switch with 3 positions OFF, AUTOMATIC AND ON! PLAY WITH AND SEE IF YOUR LIGHT TURN ON! put it in the middle the get full acces!
and on your Dashboard ( on the left side of the steering) you suppose the get a dimmer setting for you Dashboard lights and it control the interior lights too. if you put it too far from the right side you put the interior lights off and your Dashboard lights will be at full range! do the test!

check the headlights auto unit for a malfunction

I've bought dash repair kits and tried it myself several times without satisfactory results. I recently restored a trans am and had the dash repaired by a local interior shop and now I can't even tell where the cut was. It was about a 4 inch cut and they charged $50.

Is the switch turned off for the dome lights?

The problem is probably a blown fuse. Check the owner's manual for location of the fuse panel, find the fuse marked instrument panel (or similar), and put in a new fuse. If the new fuse blows, there is a short which will have to be located and repaired.

Check all your fuses.
