Usually there is a fuse for the sunroof alone. I would suggest beginning there. If you do not have a way to test it, go to a part store after removing the fuse and they can do that for you. Most of the time the fuse panel is located under the dash on the drivers side of the car to the left of the steering wheel. It will have a cover that you need to remove. Do so carefully. Use a light if you cannot see the fuse box. If that fuse checks out there is another one in the engine compartment to look at as well. Electrics on a car can be patience followed by frustration added to scratching your head. Just perservere and you will get it done. Note if the fuse has not corrected the issue or if you find that the fuse is not blown then you may have and issue with the sunroof motor itself or the wiring to it. I would suggest then taking it to your local auto electrics shop as it requires some time to chase it down. Hope this helps.

It sounds more like you've got an intermittant vacuum leak. Try, with the engine running, spraying some WD-40 or any kind of penetrating lubricant spray, over the intake manifold area and any related vacuum lines. If you hear the engine strat to stumble, providing you're not shooting directly into the air box, concentrate the spray on that area until you're able to pinpoint a loose, cracked. or off, vacuum line or hose.
