SOURCE: Washer fluid is not spraying

Front and back have seperate sprayers (and tanks) in most vehicles. Usually built in to bottom of holding tanks. If conditions were really cold and icy as you state, there is a good chance that the wee sprayer holes were obstructed or that the sprayer pump itself was frozen if there was still some summer fluid in the holding tank. If you can get the vehicle into a warm place and let it warm up completely you might find that everything works fine. If you are lucky and that is the case then get rid if the summer fluid and replace with winter fluid. If not then get a replacement pump from dealer or auto supply store. Not difficult to change. Good luck.

SOURCE: Washer fluid is not spraying

Before you do anything - be aware that the front washer is activated by pushing the button on the end of the stalk.. Pulling the stalk towards the driver activates what Subaru calls 'mist' but sprays no water!

In my 2007 Saturn Vue there is what I think is an air pump which is cracked that one port is not connected to anything.

There is a electric motor that pumps washer fluid . Located in the bottom of the washer fluid tank .
Wash Operation (Front and Rear Wipers)
The front and rear washer systems use the same windshield washer fluid pump. When either the front or rear wiper is in the washer position voltage will be supplied to one side of the windshield washer fluid pump (depending on whether it is front or rear), while the other side of the pump is grounded.
At this point, the windshield washer fluid pump sprays solvent onto the windshield. When the front or rear washer is activated, the BCM receives an input from the switch that is activated. The BCM will control the wipers while in the WASH mode. The BCM will control either the front wiper relay or the rear wiper relay to turn on the wipers. The windshield wipers operate at low speed for 3 swipes and returns to the park position.

When turning on the washers do you hear the motor run ? Have some one try it while you listen at the washer fluid tank ! These pump motors do go bad .
turn OFF the ignition.
Disconnect the harness electrical connector of the windshield washer fluid pump.
Connect a test lamp from the windshield washer pump control circuit to a good ground .
Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
Press the front washer switch.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES or NO !

Washer fluid wont spray

To check to see if pump is working, remove hose at windshield and turn on and see if fluid comes out,if it does then part that shoots it to windshield is clogged,a tooth pick may work to pry it loose and come out,if no fluid comes out, then pump is bad,you can check to see if pump is getting power with a meter.

Rear windshield washer works but front does not....Any suggestions? Washer fluid is full, fuses are good, wipers work but no fluid or sound of pump running when lever is used to spray fluid on front...

Probably need to replace the pump. Separate pumps for front and rear. Check with a test light to see if there is power to the pump. If it has power but won't work, replace the pump. If no power, you have a wiring issue. Be sure to turn the switch on and have someone push the washer button when you are checking for power. There won't be any until you push it to "wash".

2000 Chevrolet Venture front winshield washers won't spray

If it shoots from the pump without lines connected, then there has to be blockage somewhere. You mentioned you blew the lines out, did you blow directly back through nozzles themselves?
