Can't get much clearer than this. Relay 4 is one plus 'Additional Relays 23 and 24. Plus fuse 23 and 24.

Heidi, No electric release. The latch is probably stuck. While you pull the interior hood release have an assistant push down and pull up repeatably/vigorously until hood releases from stuck position. Lube latch and cable before closing hood. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

On a 2001 Audi TT Quattro the fuel filter is located forward of the fuel tank, in the right rear wheel well area. The fuel line clamps are a bit tricky. The change will improve performance. The owners manual does not even list changing the filter. But do it! use a Fram, and it fit perfectly. Good luck.
