First make sure replacement bulb is installed in correct position ? some can be installed and will aim light beam hi or low ! most lamp replacements need no adjustments after replacing bulb
1. Remove the two upper screws from the headlight housing, using a Phillips screwdriver.
. Locate the two lower retaining nuts inside the engine compartment at the bottom of the headlight housing. Remove the nuts using a ratchet, extension and socket.
Separate the turn signal and marker light assembly from the front grill. Rotate the bulb holders counterclockwise and pull them out of the assembly. Set the assembly aside.
Unplug the headlight bulb connector from the bulb. Rotate the retaining ring counterclockwise one-eighth turn and remove it from the housing. Pull the headlight bulb straight back and out of the housing. Do not rotate the bulb during disassembly.
Lift up on the headlight housing retaining clips to unsnap them from the headlight housing vertical adjuster studs.
Locate the horizontal adjuster at the outer bottom corner of the headlight assembly inside the engine compartment. Loosen the horizontal adjuster until it is free of the adjuster nut.
Engage the horizontal adjuster screw with the adjuster nut and screw it partially in.

Insert the headlight bulb into the headlight housing, flat side up. Slightly rotate the headlight bulb to engage the grooves in the light with the alignment tabs in the back of the housing. Install the retaining ring on the bulb. Plug in the headlight bulb connector.

Pull the vehicle to within a few inches of a blank wall, on a flat surface. Apply two strips of tape to the wall vertically to mark the centers of the headlights. Apply a strip of tape to the wall horizontally to mark the center of the headlight height. Back the vehicle up 25 feet in a straight line.
Turn the headlight low beams to the "On" position.
Adjust the vertical headlight adjusters until the high-intensity zone of the light pattern is two inches below the horizontal mark on the wall.
Adjust the horizontal headlight adjusters until the high-intensity zone of the light pattern is two inches to the right of the vertical headlight marks on the wall.

If they are adjustable, the adjuster screw would be visible just above or below the lens. Are you sure the bulb is seated in the socket? and seated into the light assembly squarely?
Last I checked Chrysler had changed it's headlight mounting from external screws to just the two adjusting screws. Looking down from the top, you should be able to see two Torx head screws that are used to adjust the headlight assembly. The remove teh head light assembly you remove those and the assembly should come right out. Both of these screws or adjusters will be 6 to 8 inches long. I hope your not removing this to change the headlight it self. Chrysler has been using the insert bulbs for several generations and to replace the bulb you only have to unlock the collar on the back of the light assembly and pull and then replace the bulb.
The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly,
behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator
support.
You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam
(separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and
lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal
adjustment screws as well
Park
your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height
from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams
and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same
bulb, only do it for the lows)
For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then
aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall.
If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.
For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.
