Get it up on a ramp , Clank / Knocking can come from anything underneath , SILENCER, EXAHUST PIPES. If the clanking happened since your repair , and not before , take it back to the Garage / Workshop and tell them about the problem
Accelleration noises of the magnitude you descibe makes me think the engines crank shaft bearings have gone. Has the oil pressure light come on recently and what's the oil level like. Without being there to hear it, it's very difficult to diagnose. You should detect noises and rattle if you rev it when in neutral if it is the engine. If the engine is smooth in neutral and the oil is good you may have a bad diff or cv joint
could be a few things broken front springs i take it its the front linkages on suspension broken shokers just get the front end of the car checked out incase its somthing serious but i think it one of the above
Take the car to the nearest tire shop and have the front end tech take a look at the problem is the best advice I can offer as noise issues are very hard to hear over the keyboard of my computer. Sorry.
Sound like metal clanking when going over semi rough road or bumps? Time to check your swaybar end links. Recommend using Moog end links as they are greasable. End links run from $20 ea to $70 each depending on brand. Moogs run about $37each. I would check front and back sway bar end links. Grab a hold of it and try jiggling it around, shouldn't be loose.
That is a picture of a Porsche sway bar, but the idea is the same. Make sure all bolts are tight and that one end is not missing the linkage that connects it to the spring/strut. The grinding of the brakes may be the sound of the linkage piece touching the rotor. Sway bar is a logical solution to both issues.
If that doesn't fix the issue, put the front end of the truck on blocks or jack stands and have somebody wiggle the tire up/down and side to side while you inspect the mechanical components underneath. Other things to check may be the ball joints, tie rod ends and suspension bits.
