Left turning signals flash fast. Replaced all bulbs both front and rear. Front left signal/running bulb works until the lights are turned on. When lights are off it works flashing fast. Help?? Could it be the turning signal switch/lever or the light switch??

Sounds like you have a bad ground. Follow the wiring harnesses under the hood and in the trunk, there should be a ground wire going to the chassis or to the body. If they are all clean and tight, you might be looking at a bad light socket.

Check the bulb socket for a burnt or a shorted condition. Remove bulb and try another bulb, if it does it again then you have a short in the socket or wiring to bulb. Turn on the 4 way flashers and see what it will do. If it continues then look for any burnt wire connector or wireing to bulb. Check the wiring behind the light for any metal that has cut into the wiring insulation. Hope this will help you.
