Its in the fuse block under the dash on the left side of the steering column on the firewall may have a black cover over it...the lower right side of the fuse panel is the flasher location..
you should be able to just unscrew two screws that holds the tail light to the truck, then just twist and pull to remove the bulbs then replace with a new bulb, this should fix it. otherwise its a wiring issue
