Wat are codes p0304,p0302,p0300,p0134,p1124

The 300 codes are for engine miss, 300 is random, 302 is cylinder number 2, and 304 is cylinder number 4.
Code 134 is for a dead O2 sensor and code 1124 is brand specific, for your car it means the fuel system is too lean.
Code 134 could be a faulty sensor or a wiring problem, and it could cause the other codes. Or the code 1124 could be a fuel pressure problem and that could also cause the other codes.
I would probably start with checking the fuel pressure and for vac leaks, then check the sensor to see if it is working.
The cylinder miss codes could be fuel problems or ignition related.

How do i get my 2000 saturn sl to start after installing a new ignition

Did you use the correct ignition switch lock cylinder for the key code you have? If not the security system is activated. You must measure the resistance of the wire in the shaft of the old key and then order it based on that which translates into a code number.
Vats/Passkey Key Codes & Resistances
(Ordered in KEY BLANK numbers from 1 to 15, Resistances in Ohms)

How can i reset check engine lite of computer ?

There are two ways to do this but first let me give you a little info on this engine light, the cars computer is always monitoring all systems, when it sees a problem it stores a code and turn the light on to let you know theres a problem. the code or codes are defined by numbers which are translated to words per car, the code will tell you what has failed, in order to retrive the code a scan tool is connect to cars computer and scanned for the codes, there are many auto part stores that will scan it for free and give you a readout of the codes, for example lets say the code was po301 cyl 1 misfire, this means what it says cylinder one is misfiring, with some testing you can pin point the problem. so to reset you would need a scan tool or you would need to disconnect negitive battery terminal for about 10 min, these newwer cars are getting good as they are installing battery inside computer to hold the codes and memory, try the battery if that doesnt help then scan is the way, a little note, even if you reset the engine light if the problem wasnt repaired the light will come back on once the computer pick up the problem again, hope this helps you. good day.

My engine runs rough and the codes say p1341 and p1351

Here you go - this'll help you translate your engine codes. Looks like your getting a "Multiple Cylinder Misfire With Fuel Cut-off" and "Misfire Cylinder 5 With Fuel Cut-off". Hopefully you just need a good tune up, but this should point you in the right direction. Good Luck.
