Check the battery contacts are firm
Most likly its a sticking asdrelay or clogged fuel filter 2 easy and inexpensive checks before going deep and costly

If you don't have a shrader valve, you have to put a "T" pipe on the connection to the rail. If you want to just check the pump, you can remove the regulator and adapt to the regulator port on the rail. Most gauge sets include this kind of hardware, or else you can find one at your local parts store.

I would lean towards looking over the fuses again, that sounds like it would be caused more from a fuse than anything.Did you check both fuse locations?

check if you have a spark when engine dies. if not, check the rpm sensor or ignition coil. both have the simptoms like you describe.

Crank Sensor is the likely issue. It does not throw a code. Key indicator is the call stalls all the time. R&R sensor.
