When I lock the doors from remote control, the fuel tank cap still remains unlocked. Why and what I must do?
Take it to your dealer, and demand they fix it.
Seriously, 2009 you should be WELL within your warranty period, unless you commute from Washington DC to Dallas Texas.
One POSSIBLE issue is, aftermarket locking gas caps are sometimes too tall for the door, and prevent it's complete closure. Second issue may be a bad connector on your gas-door locking solenoid.
Finally(and i don't knwo for sure, since mine is NOT a 2009) when you finish filling your tank, did you press the door back into the latched position? If not, then the lock solenoid will actually PREVENT the latching and proper closure from taking place.
Check the gas door for signs of damage in the sheet metal near where the lock engages. to rule this out. With the door latched shut, lock the doors, and set the alarm. Now check with a credit card, or other thin plastic piece, to see if the locking solenoid is "out". If not, that is definitely your issue, and needs to be replaced.
