SOURCE: where is the turn signal
Look under the dash for what looks like a fuse panel. I know that the actual fuse panel is under the cover(if you still have the cover!) next to the parking brake release. There is a turn signal flasher unit that plugs into this under dash panel, it is rectangular in shape, and it pulls straight out. Mine went bad as well, turn signal would only flash once or twice, then stay on. If you are having trouble locating it, turn key to "run" and put a finger on the under dash module in the panel I referred to, and turn on the turn signal with your other hand. You should feel the relay energize as a little click inside of it. Remember, it only pulls straight out, and I replaced mine from an Autozone store for about 10 bucks. Good luck!

Both of those flashers are located on the fuse block under the dash on the drivers side of the van.
