2000 jaguar xjr fuse box

try changing the wiper relay first and check out the fuses if all is good then the motor itself may have seized or the worm drive may be worn or broken check the toothed spline where the wiper blade attaches the splines may be smooth or broken which will stop the blades moving back and forth

My 1993 ford taurus's wipers work part of the time. You can hear the relay click. but when they do work, the motor is fine. delay works and all.

Check if the wiper fuse is loose in the fuse box. Take it out and reinsert it. If it is still loose, take a small short piece of wire and insert it with the fuse to make in tight in its fuse slot.

2000 ford taurus wiper problem: wiper blabes are not working?

Check the corresponding fuse in the fuse box. If fine, could be the multi function switch that controls/adjusts wipers, blinkers, high beams, etc.. Hope this helps.

Wiper blades stopped working

You need to check fuse 211 a 15 amp fuse that is hot in run or start. Fuse 227 which is hot in run or accessories it is a 10 amp fuse and fuse 215 a 30 amp fuse which is hot in run and accessories. All these fuses are located in your central junction box.
