This is my problem. I have problem with my alarm system. When I brought my 2003 element for oversea honda dealer(they dont have element here), they check and said that they tested all the wires connected to doors and all look good except fuse box that they are not so sure about. I asked what else could cause alarm system wont work and they said fuse box is the only thing they could think of.
I noticed that when I pressed locked from remote. The light did not flash once but door were locked. It usually will flash once if alarm work before.
My question is that could anyone think about some ways to testify this result? Any possible situation that alarm wont work? Did I have to change fuse box in order to make everything work again?
My car once fine and alarm wont work once it shipped oversea and being tested by government's energy department for fuel consumption.
Any input will be extremely appreicated

Something similar to that was happening with our Odyssey...the beeping when you are driving whether it's ongoing or intermittent is the "safety alarm" letting you know the door is not closed. The power lock is not engaging. What I do when I get the beeping while driving is hit the Door Close button. It causes the door to attempt to engage again. To fix it...we first cleaned out the space below the side running board (kids were hiding crayons and things in there), then looked for any obstructions along the top and bottom tracks. I sprayed a lubricant along the tracks (I'd suggest the dry lube kind...I used WD40 the 1st time and had streaks of it dripping down after driving), use a lube that has a long straw to spray in small places...and spray up into the track that runs the length of the middle of the car. Manually open and shut it a few times to get the tracks lubed, then try it out.
If you press the open OR close button by remote or in the car and get nothing...no movement/no noises/no beeping...then it could be the electrical circuit itself, the signal itself may be impeded...or the motor shot. Have you tried any of these suggestions before?

try testing or replaceing the drivers door lock actuator, reprogram ur key fobs and try unlocking and locking ur doors. as far as the lights and reminder,....it sounds like a seperate problem. but try the door actuator first (drivers side always act up and cause every other actuator to act up... like a bad kid that gets the rukkus started and ruins things for everyone..

may be a relay switch, or a faulty wire on the right side behind the glove box

Try to disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes this should reset the computer for you.

If the driver door lock actuator fails the rest of the locks won't work. Also the automatic headlight switch won't turn them off and your battery runs down. It's fairly easy to fix the actuator but it is a little tedious. The actuator costs about $75 at the Honda dealer and about $50 online. If you're not sure how to do this get a manual for the car or pay the dealer. There are a lot of connectors inside the door and several linkages so you have to be careful, patient, and don't force things apart. When you do it right everything comes apart pretty easy.
