Do you know the last time the fuel filter was changed? That might be it. Or the fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator might be going bad. Is it possible to have the fuel pressure checked?

My 1987 Toyota pickup is running/starting bad when it is up to temp?

Question edited for all the typos and spelling mistakes.

Definitely sound like a carb issue. You need a good carb tuner who can strip it and clean it. It sounds like the choke is sticking, so it starts fine when cold and then when hot, the choke is still on.

There is a red switch on the left side of my 96 toyota pickup. I touched it. It stalled and now my truck acts like it is starving for fuel. How do I fix it?

I assume when you switched it back on the truck started but now runs fuel starved.
I won't go into cause lets just try simple things to start
  1. With truck key off/out flip the switch on then off.
  2. turn key to on position switch it on then off
  3. try start and see how it runs. NO fix
  4. shut off and disconnect the negative - battery cable for 5 min (may lose radio sets)
  5. Connect back and try it again.
Should have reset the fuels elect system and be ok. If not give me a shout. I'll check back from time to time today

1986 Toyota 4wd pickup: problem starting

in my experience alot of times what happens when ignition systems get hot from running for a period of time the ignition coil breaks down and weakens when old and worn out then let it cool down for awhile then starts right back up. so look into checking into the coil break down for loss of spark

1993 passat starts but then it loses spark

There is a pre fuel pump in the gas tank that you can get to under a round black cover with three screws in the trunk. That pump transfers fuel to the main pump. Sounds like your main pump is starving for fuel. Not sure if this is your issue but its something to check. have someone crank or start the car if possible and listen to the pre pump. If you put your hand on it you should feel it running.
