Radio sound went out

Does your stereo have a manual volume adjustment knob? If so, then try twiddling it quickly from side to side. If this helps, then it could be a poor volume control issue. Try having this professionally cleaned or repaired. If not this issue, then also try removing the stereo and checking the wire connections on the back of it to the speakers. I'm assuming that all the speakers are failing to project sound when the fault occurs, so we are talking power issue here. The fault is most likely part of the stereo head unit.

My speaker that is for my onstar, backup warning and when my key is in the ignition and the door opens alarm is not working proerly. The sound is very low even though I have turned the volume all the way...

you have many problems in one question.
Let's start with
1. BACK UP Warning is it the backup lights not working.
2. When you open the driver's door does the inside lights turn on
maybe the system doesn't know the door is open or the little switch inside the steering column is open circuit.
3. Maybe the speaker itself defects or wiring touching metal ground
many questions that I cannot answer without more infos
hope it helps
