There is no fuel inside a valve cover...therefore it cannot leak fuel. (has to be coming from somewhere else if it's fuel.) What was the problem before you changed the items you listed...was it doing the same thing? Is it injected or carbureted? Have you had code check done? Most large parts stores will do this free. Ignore code for O2 sensor at this point...it definitely is seeing exhaust way out of range. You are either getting too much fuel or not enough air in there. (likely fuel) If injected have you checked pressure regulator? (also temp sensor)

Look on your intake manifold and see if firing order is stamped on it. Usually cyl #s are stamped on the ends of the runners near the head as well. sounds like you may have crossed a wire. Sounds like your car has jumped time. Which means the timing belt has worn teeth. Another possibility is you have an intqke valve not sealing or stuck open. Either way it wouldnt run or run extremly rough
signs of a bad fuel pressure regulator. the vehicle runs rough, the engine will not start usually in the mornings. many times engine starts but stalls shortly after starting. a bad regulator can result in fouled plugs. black soot on plugs, blake smoke from tailpipe, running rough, stalling. you could have residue in fuel tank and need to change fuel filter again. have a very good day !!
did u check to see if u were actually gettin fuel..ur filter might b clogged..and did u replace the button along with the cap and rotor..and did u check to make sure u got spark..it might b the coil..they go without any warning
