Maybe a fuse or relay.

SOURCE: 2000 Honda Accord - engine overheats when stopped

There are only a couple things you can check. First, I would make sure the gauge is reading properly by checking the fluid temperature manually. Newer model cars have temperature sensors that can malfunction but they will usually set your check engine light off it that is the case. Check your radiator fluid. While the engine is cold!! See if it looks dirty. Rub it between your fingers and see how viscous it feels. Make sure the radiator is full. You may just need to get your radiator flushed. A lack of flow will cause an overheating condition. When your back in motion the engine has more pressure to circulate the fluid. When the car is moving there is airflow that also aids in the cooling process as well. Other than that you have a thermostat which could be sticking and causing it to overheat. Or the water pump is bad. A flush and fill and replacing the thermostat are fairly cheap and usually a lot easier to do than replacing the water pump. Especially on a Honda. Usually you will hear a squealing noise if your water pump is going out and there is, I think it is called a weep hole on the pump itself that will start to leak when the pump is going bad.

SOURCE: honda accord 1996 v6 2.7 liter, rpm gage jump up and down

Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve, they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

SOURCE: replace starter in 2004 honda accord

Try 'jiggling' the key while you hold it in the start position' this could be a failed ignition switch.
It could also be that the + terminal on the starter or starter solenoid may be corroded. Since the battery was just replaced, those terminals are probably clean enough but check the negative cable where it attaches to the chassis or block. If the connection is flaky here, enough current can often pass to allow lower current devices to operate but drop too much voltage if the starter is trying to operate. Starters require 100-200 amperes, many times higher than anything else in our vehicles and show up cruddy connections pretty quick.

SOURCE: When turn on the car in the morning, i accelerate

To begin with, if you are revving a cold engine to 6000 RPM, you are asking for a blown engine. Most OBD vehicles are equipped with a rev limiter that will cut off fuel at 3000 to 4000 rpm to prevent you from over-revving your engine and blowing it up. If yours is revving to 6000 RPM cold, then the rev limiter, for some reason is not working while it is cold. I have no explaination for this. The best thing I can tell you is to stop revving your engine so high when it is cold unless you really want to see what an engine looks like after is has gone off like a grenade.

SOURCE: honda accord ex 2001 check engine light suddenly came on, car started to idle roughly

If it's running rough, chances are that it's misfiring. If the Check Engine light is flashing/blinking, it is definitely misfiring.
If that's the case, drive it as little as possible... Or straight to the mechanic because the more you drive it while it's misfiring, the higher the chance is of you ruining your catalytic converter.

First, check the fuses for the fan, AC and climate control. Could be just that simple. Otherwise, try swapping out relays with the same type by removing one from another device in your power box under the hood. Be sure you use the exact same numbered relay!

Locate the Idler air control valve, then have someone turn the ac on while u tap ont he valve with a screw driver this usaly is enuf to knock it loose for a few times. If it works then it needs replaced or it will keep happening. Cleaning also works sometimes but u will notice a huge diffrence if its replaced.
