Toyota has a MAF and an IAT sensor built-in one unit which has five wires located on the air filter box. well it should be in the airfilter box inside the engine bay usually a thick black ribbed hose attached to it

Get coolant temp sensor checked.

Get the coolant pressure tested, its definitely leaking coolant. You will need to get the coolant running line.

Pressure test will help you to know from where exactly coolant/refrigerant is getting leaked.

Of course the V6 has this sensor. It is vital to get the right fuel-air mixture.
Depending on your location, it may be mounted in the rear side of the air cleaner housing or in the mass air flow meter as here, p451, with test procedures

The IAT sensor(intake air temp sensor does just what it says it measure the intake air temperature and sends this signal to the computer, this is actually a minor input signal the more important one is the engine coolant temp sensor, the computer looks for a large deviation between the two sensors mainly when the engine is cold,if the temperatures are within a certain window the computer gives the ok to start the engine both sensors are input to the ECM but the IAT temp is only a small factor in air fuel mixture adjustment by the computer.

P1193 - INLET AIR TEMP SENSOR VOLTAGE HIGH

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON and battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts .

SET CONDITION
The inlet air temperature sensor circuit voltage at the PCM goes above 4.9 volts .

POSSIBLE CAUSES

• Intermittent condition
• IAT sensor signal circuit shorted to battery voltage
• IAT sensor internal failure
• IAT sensor signal circuit open
• Sensor ground circuit open

These parts are located on your air intake. The air intake is a large tube connected to the engine. Be careful not to break them. They are very expensive.
