Re: my battery died i got a jump but now my srs light...
TRY DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY TERMINALS FOR 5 MINUTES. BE AWARE THAT THE STEREO MAY HAVE A LOCK OUT CODE. RETRIEVE THIS CODE BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. HOPE THIS HELPS. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.

Check your battery cables and starter cables especially the connectors and bolts under the hood. The bolts and connections could be loose or corroded. Check the connections near the battery and on the battery since many times mechanics mess with these the most. My guess is something is loose if it starts well most times, but fails occasionally. Did you look for blinky codes or DTCs? A '47' (or P0562) could mean a bad battery or alternator, and a '12' (or P1684) could indicate intermittent connections. Do the dome lights dim or stay well lit when the clicking is heard during cranking? If so, then the issue is most likely near the battery and if not then the issue is more likely near the starter. Good luck. There are a lot of wires under the hood.
Have the fault codes read. Replace faulty items. Use only genuine items as non-genuine replacement are not always compatible with the OEM fitted CPU units If you needed a bigger battery then the autozone salesperson should have sold you the correct battery first time round.( try getting a refund on the first battery) Jump starting an efi vehicle incorrectly will do serious damage to the control module requiring a new ecu unit. Check what is staying on when you switch off including interior lights/ boot light
To reset the SRS light on an Acura Integra, pull down the SRS service connector. Unplug this connector so you have access to jump the harness. Start with the ignition OFF. Jump the SRS plug. Turn the ignition ON. The SRS light will come on then off.------------------------------------------------------------------------------ autel maxidas ds708
Sounds like the battery is completely dead. It's either a faulty battery(go and have it checked) or a dead alternator. To check if the alternator is bad, once the car is started, remove the negative battery cable, if it stays on, then the alternator is good, if it dies immediately, then the alternator is bad and needs replacement.
Sounds like your battery has too many dead cells, or your alternator has gone.
After the car has been boosted, turn on the lights, heater, and stereo. If the car wants to die, press the accelerator slightly. If the car stays running, its your battery. If the lights flicker even with pressing the gas pedal, its most likely your alternator.
Possible dead cell in battery, most likely a fault in the charging system. First, Jump Vehicle to get started then remove the Negative cable. If the vehicle dies when you take the jumper cables away or when you disconnect the negative cable your alternator or charging system is faulty. If the vehicle runs without battery connected you have a bad cell in your battery, replace the battery.
