With no engine codes, there are a few things to check.
If your Saturn has over 50K a normal maintenance routine should include a fuel filter replacement, fuel injector cleaning and throttle body cleaning.
If that has been performed, you should have the fuel pump pressure checked. A good pressure reading should be 50 to 60 lbs. If it does not meet that specification, you need to determine if it is pressure regulator or fuel pump related.
Start at the beginning and let me know the status of the cleanings the engine you have and the mileage and we can go from there.

Saturn vue will start but will only stay runnuing about twenty minutes then stalls wont start
Does the car loose power before stalling or does it simply die without warning? If it loses power first, you're likely looking at a fuel pump or fuel system problem. If it just dies, you probably have an ignition problem. Does the check engine light come on before it dies?

Wont start after being shut down for a short while...if left for twenty to thirty minutes , it will start then stall after driving for five to ten minutes
sounds like it could be the crankshaft position sensor or maybe the camshaft sensor either one should have made the check engine light come on,try having vehicle scaned and go from there

Lookfor a light on the dash that says SECURITY or ANTITHEFT. If you see this light, that is a sign of a failed or failing antitheft system, which will disable your vehicle. This link explains

You may want to check the fuel filter if the fuel filter is clogged it will cause the vehicle to stall.Is the check engine light on?

I have an 03 saturn vue, 2wd with auto trans. When driving, usually at less than 2 miles the engine shuts down at about 500 rpm like when stopping for a red light. Have to disconnect battery to reset...
sounds like a throttle sensor fault do to the fact that the saturn vue doesnt idle at 500 normally its uaually between 600-800. i suggest getting it hooked to a diagnostic machine to find wat the codes are cause im sure it will be several.

2002 Saturn Vue V6 Loss of Power
Yup. The throttle body connectors have a history of failing on these cars. Replace the throttle body and the wire connectors that go to it, and you're back in business. Not terribly difficult and you can get the parts from any dealer. Saturn actually has a bulletin out on this problem but they won't cover it unless you're under warranty - no recall for this.

2005 SATURN VUE stalling at 60mph?
Iit seems that the computer got "confused". A way is to remove the negative battery cable for about a minute then reconnect. This will try to reprogram the computer. If it is still not good, try checking the CPS crankshaft position sensor and the IPS idle position sensor.

My 2004 saturn vue will start up then i put on the gas and let go then it dies. Can u help me.
Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve, they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.
