When front wheel drive vehicles shake under load and less shake with no load when driving it is usually always the INNER CV joint on a driveshaft.Clicking noises when turning sharply is almost always a outer CV joint on a driveshaft.

SOURCE: reset the computer system of 2001 chevy venture

Is the check engine light on? If it is you will need a code reader to plug into the OBDII port under the dash near the steering column. But that may not keep the light off. Your vehicle’s computer system has self-testing capability. When the computer senses that there is a problem with some of the components it stores the correspondent trouble code(s) in its memory and lights up the "Check Engine" or "Service Engine Soon" light to tell you that there is a problem and your car needs to be repaired. Hope this helps.

Toyota Sienna doesn't start.

No year of manufacture, but it sounds like it is time to sell it for scrap.

If you REALLY want to keep it. Check for DTC codes. Fix all the oil leaks and find out why low oil pressure (if it has oil in it) and why it isn't charging.

If 360 km per hour is equal to 40 miles per hour, please show me how to calculate using formular

360 km/hr is NOT 40 miles/hr.
1 mile is about 1.6 km
To go from km to miles, multiply by 0.62
To go from miles to km, multiply by 1.6

Kilometers per hour to Miles per hour

2003 ranger jumps and jerks between 40-50 miles per hour

Can you be more specific, like engine size, transmission type, vehicle mileage, does the engine rpm's fall or flicker when start to "jump and jerk", does it keep doing it above that speed or stops beyond it. I am trying to determine if it is an engine or transmission problem. But I need details.

Vibration when going about 40 to 50 miles per hour feels like whole underneath is vibrating

IF you have rear wheel drive then check the u-joints for wear/loose. Check slip joint for wear . Check rear engine mount is in good condition. Check wheel balancing

It appears the cap screws off? It doesn't look like a regular radiator cap. I looked at acdelco parts book.
If the cap is stubborn, cold engine, sometimes I use a pair of pliers with wide jaws, grip the cap and screw it off. I haven't seen your type cap, before. If this was my vehicle, I would certainly want to look in the radiator. I'd get that cap off, one way or the other. Of course, nobody wants to damage anything.

Acceleration - cannot get above 40 miles per hr.

If the engine revs up while in drive and running at 40mph, your transmission is probably slipping. Try checking your transmission fluid level. If it is OK, I would get it by a garage to have them look at it to cofirm.
