I have changed the Oil and Oil filter and spark plugs,but the computer still show that last service exceeds 245 days , what to do.

replace the timing belt , crank and cam shaft seal , hydraulic belt adjuster and idler pulleys ( 100,000 km limit)
rest of the service as per the service manual
if automatic . change the auto oil and if CV Transmission check with the dealer as the transmission oil to use as it is different to automatic oil

IF there is a sleeve around the spark plugs then when replacing the plugs replace the seal under that sleave as well or rocker cover oil will leak out past the plug base.. If you want the correct oil filter you may have to buy genuine . Run fault codes to find the reason for rough idle . It may be a vacuum hose is off or cracked or loose.

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. For a tune up, you would need to change spark plugs, coils, distributor cap, coil pack, and wires. You would change the air filter and the fuel filter also. Change your pcv valve as well. You can also change all your fluids and filters, such as oil, coolant fluid, and transmission fluid.

Keep the serpintine belt, oil/oil filter, air filter, gas filter and transmission fluid/filter changed regularly. At 84k, check the brakes (front and back). I would look at changing the spark plugs as well. If it is running good, you want to keep it that way...good luck

WELL YOU REPLACE SPARK PLUGS THEY WERE DUE 100000 MILES.CHANGE WIRES AND FUEL FILTER.

You don't say how many miles? Spark plugs are likely unless changed in the last year - also air filter as well.

Try getting an oil change - plugs and air filter all at the same time - next needed oil change. .

Also - Take down the Vin # and call the local dealer - - ask about recalls and Service bulletins.

check your owners manuel..if you have none than purchase one.
I would say leave them alone .
