Make sure the filter that was put on is the correct one and compatible for your hyundai accent model.
Ensure that the filter is on the right way, otherwise proper fuel flow could be obstruct.
Follow fuel line and check for any leaks.

I would make sure the Arrow on the fuel filter is going in the right direction. The arrow on the fuel filter should be going towards the engine away from the fuel tank,
If you are sure the fuel filter is on correctly. Check for leaks,
The next step would be to change out the fuel pump. The pump could be on it way out.
Low pressure or intermittently no pressure .

hi from uk location of fuel safety shut off valve/switch on uk r/h drive accents is on the engine bay bulkhead in front of drivers side it is a square box with red rubber top press button may be on opposite side on l/h drives ? if activated? just press button till click ? to reset these normally only cut off on impact ? to stop elec fuel pump continuing delivering if involved in an R.T.A fire prevention

remove the bottom half of the back seat, underneath you will find a cover attached to the floor by a few screws, under that cover you will find the fuel filter..
