My 1992 Lexus ES300 had a different alarm system put in. I haven't had any issues with either alarms until recently. The factory Alarm has been going off for no reason. No vibrations or anything. the horn and lights just start to go off. I am able to run it off with my remote, but it goes off again in 5 minutes. I've had to remove the fuse for the horn at night just so it doesn't bother the neighbors, but the light still go like christmas lights. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet that really shows me hot to disable the factory alarm. Can anyone help?

I would find the alarm unit and either dissconnect it or replace the ni-cads.
At this age the rechargeable batteries will have failed so as it gets cold at night, the alarm thinks the voltage drop is a burglar!
So set off the alarm :

I would say you have two options, You can take it to the dealer and have it disconnected, or you can go to an aftermarket car stereo/alarm store they will install an aftermarket alarm and disable your stock one at the same time, for probably about as much as the dealer would charge to just disable it. First just call the dealer to get a quote on how much that would cost, and then call the alarm place and get a quote.

Depending what part of the country this car was purchased originally, the alarm system can be different. These are after market systems installed by the distributor or dealership. Different systems are connected differently. Either way the alarm system is connected to the engine controller and or the main electrical circuit. This has to be removed and the circuit reconnected. I would advise taking to a car alarm specialist and have them replace or remove it.

Well it looks like car had a after market alarm installed. If so, The siren has been removed. But the alarm brain box remains powered up under dash. You have to find it and remove it. And there is a relay that is a part of the alarm system. It basically interrupts the starter circuit. Just remove it and splice the 10g wire back together the way it came from factory. That's it. Car should start no problem.

As far as windows that probably is separate.

The hood is also seperate issue I believe.

It could be an alarm programming issue. If you have an aftermarket alarm system check the fuses on the alarm brain, normally the brain is under your drivers dash or drivers side kick panel area, if its a factory alarm then it may be same issue or it could be a power issue with the factory alarm brain, also you may have a power door lock actuator problem, if the actuator is failing then it has to be replaced.

ALARM PROBLEM
Why would you add another alarm?? I recommend you remove the aftermarket alarm, it is the cause of the issue, there is no fix, the factory alarm can't be disconnected, it is an intergal part of the starting system.
