Question about 2003 Saturn VUE
I have a 2003 saturn vue. I had to replace the engine. After replacing the engine, the car would not heat the inside. The mechanics change the thermostat. He said the engine temperature was approximately 176 degrees now it is over 230 degrees. He is claiming now that only part of the engine is heating. After spending over $350 I still have a problem. He said that it could be the water pump. Is there anything else I should consider before replacing the water pump?
Make sure theres no air in system..Your heater core could be plugged..Your fans may not be working,Or it very possibly could be the water pump.Or the radiator could be plugged not letting it circulate water..Could also have thermostat in backwards causing it not to flow also..Hope these help you find your problem and good luck Have a Great Day...
