88 toyota supra auto trans slips. won't up shift to 2nd gear

At first the trans would slip slightly shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Then would not shift out of first only 1 or 2 days later. You can feel it slipping when first taking off and won't engage even on the slightest grade. The fluid level is good, only slightly discolored and does not smell burnt. Is this trans in need of replacement or could you adjust the bands possibly? Reverse seems to work fine

The O/D OFF light was flashing, fixed that but now lost all gears except 1st gear?

It sounds like you may have faulty shift solenoids. (internal transmission)

I recently performed a transmission fluid flush (pan and torque converter) and swapped out the filter due to some problems I was having shifting from 1st to 2nd. After changing the fluid, the problem was...

One thing that is rarely posted is any repairs and or instructions on doing so. For instance the Solenoid pack is often suggested as a replacement, and you can buy them on e-bay, but no instruction on how to replace one. Amazing. I can fix anything! Just take it to the Tranny Shop..... Makes me think that the only answers put on here are by Tranny Shops.
