I have a 2001 ford explorer sport the hatchback will not open. The glass part opens but not the bottom part. I can hear the locks working but it won't open not even with the key. Recently my passenger door lock has been geting stuck and will only unlock sometimes, they are automatic locks.. My driver side window switch has been getting stuck when rolling my window up.
