These are just regular shocks and not struts so they should come out with just common tools. You may need to soak the fasteners in penetrating oil for a while or, use heat tget the fasteners to break loose from the corrosion.

Try a Glass shop. There should only be a motor and a switch. The glass shop should be able to get the window closed for you if it is open.
The power rear window is an option, so I do not know how easy it is to find parts in a salvage yard. It may not need anything big, could be an adjustment.
You can call for estimates once you identify the TRUE problem.
SOURCE: my freeze plug is leaking.
Drain the coolant first. Then remove the old freeze plug by drilling a hole in the center and pop it out. Then put a new freeze plug with RTV around the the edges of the new plug. The best way to install the plug is to get a socket that fits inside the freeze plug to drive the plug in. (Make sure you drive it in straight) otherwise it will leak. This will take about 45 minutes to an hour. The RTV you can buy at a local parts store with the freeze plug.

you may have blown an internal fuse on the radio. sometimes radios have an inline fuse on the red wire, located behind the radio. You must remove it to discover this problem though.
