The horns (two) on cars are usually located forward of the radiator and behind the grill. Sometimes they are better reached from below the car. And usually you need to remove some plastic shield to get to them. The fuse in in the fuse box and should be marked as is the horn relay.

push on the horn button you should hear a click noise. is so then the circuit to the relay and the relay is good. then you find the horn and check for power to the horn with the horn button pushed. if you do then the horn is bad.
I do believe that your vehicle does have a fuse for the horn, if so, you should be able to locate the fuse, inside the car, on the driver's side, right under the dash. There should be a cover you can remove to access the fuses, and most manufacturers include the fuse information on the inside of this cover.
WHAT I WOULD DO IS PUT 12 VOLTS TO THE HORN WIH A BATTERY CHARGER AND SEE IF THE HORN ITSEF IS BAD. IF IT WORKS I WOULD CHECK THE FUSES THERE ISNT A RELAY BUT THERE IS FUSES YOU SOULD BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE HORN FUSE IN YOUR OWNERS MANUAL IF NOT CHECK EVERY FUSE
