It is extremely simple. Loosen the screw, believe it is a hex head but may be torx, on the bottom of the crossbar and the crossbars will pop right off.

The releases are located inside the seat back. This pic will give you a good idea of where to look for them. It's easier with 2 people, one pushing the releases and another lifting the head rest out. http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/download/file.php?id=1748&mode=view

SOURCE: center rear seat does not have a shoulder/lap seat belt

You should be able to go to the dealer and buy the center lap belts and can install them without having to by the seat just call your loacal dealer they can tell you how much thy are, less expensive than the seat.

SOURCE: I need to remove the rear seat of a 96 Lincoln Continental

Push the lower seat cushion toward the rear of the car and lift, there's 2 hooks approx. 12" or so either side of the center of the seat.
The seat back is held in with 2 bolt located on the lower outside corners.

You'll have to unbolt the seatbelts from the floor to completely remove the seat back.

How do you remove the headrest on a 1998 daewoo

hi normally you can do this by...pulling the headrest top its maximum height , at the bottom you should see two black plastic rings, on either side of these rings are little partitions push these inward and pull the headrest at the same it can be a bit awkward but if you do one side at a time or get someone to pull the headrest while you push the clips in can be very helpfull...hope this helps please vote thanks

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee - need rear seat with headrests -

Don't remember ever seeing one. You can make anything fit anything if dimensions are close but since your seat folds, it will take extensive work to put anything in there. likely easier to install some kind of roll bar (semi permanent) with head supports. that way you can remove it if you need the space. Nothing there will be cheap or easy though.
