What does engine code po651 mean on my 2005 saturn vue?

you are missing the 5 volt ref for the map, app, and tps. check the 5 volt at the map( easy one to get to) with the key on. if you have 5 volts then its an intermittent problem.

Weird dash light problem. the backlights to illuminate the dash intermittently go off and the radio light goes dim when they go off, the dimmer seems to function fine when the lights work, almost seems...

did u have a after market radio installed if so that could be the prob if not GMs had a lot of issues with their icp's (instrument panel cluster)

2002 saturn vue drl and headlights intermittent, the lights will go off and on during driving

You have a misconnect in the headlight wiring somewhere. Possibly at a connector or in the switch.

2005 Saturn Vue, no light in odometer, is odometer working? All other lights working on dash.

Hi:
the dash has seven or eight small bulbs illuminating the entire area, and approx 3 of them are for the speedometer/odometer area.

It seems odd that those are the first to go, but most likely the problem.
It often requires removal of the instrument cluster to swap bulbs. not too bad, but sometimes tricky.
